COMPANY LIMITED is inviting the Candidates having required qualification in the
relevant fields and having required fields given in the advertisement. To fill

These jobs are offered in different location in
all over the Pakistan, Candidates apply for the posts
should have the required qualification and experience in the relevant field

✔ POST WISE QUALIFICATION
:
The
candidate should have either of the following qualification: -

A member of a recognized body of
professional accountants OR
·
A member of a recognized body of
corporate/chartered secretaries OR
·
A person holding a Master's degree in
Business Administration or Commerce from a University recognized by HEC or a Law
graduate from a
university recognized by HEC.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Additional relevant experience will be an
added advantage.
·
Candidates with diversity of experience from
large companies of both public and private sector will be given preference.
·
Well versed with Companies' Law and SECP
regulations. Fully understands requirements of compliances with applicable
laws, rules and
regulations.
COMPENSATION & TORs :
·
The successful candidate will be offered three years
contract
extendable
upon satisfactory performance with mutual consent.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be applicable for interview.
iv.The candidates appearing in
interview must bring their COVID-19 vaccination certificate, original CNIC, original
educational certificates along with photocopies duly verified by HEC and verified
copies of experience
certificate.
v.

information will result in disqualification of the candidate at any stage of
